Mark Twain said "You cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus." Effective and creative writing continues to be the foundation of marketing and promotion. Southwest Airlines posted outdoor ads in Houston that read "Austin Auften." That's all that needed to be said.

Often, there is more that is required to be written. We take pride in the quality of our writing. 89.1% of the grants we develop for our clients are funded. IMA wrote a strategic plan for Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, a resident-artists theatre just outside of Philadelphia. The five-year plan featured a need to retire debt and build an endowment. In three years the debt was retired and the endowment fully funded.
